Why do I exclusively work with and coach black dads?
Because we are dropping like flies and no one is helping us
We are leaving our kids and our families too early
Heart attacks are the #1 killer for black men
And all doctors are doing is prescribing more and more pills which is a big ass band-aid and not solving the real problem which is DOING WHAT IT TAKES TO GET HEALTHY
Let's talk about the 2 most common excuses I hear
EXCUSE #1 - I don’t have the time because I work too much and I have to pay the bills
Do you realize that if you die early from a heart attack unexpectedly, not only is your family unprepared mentally but the same financial worries you may have gets carried right to them
You don’t have 30 minutes per day to get active?
Do you not watch Netflix? Or Sports? If so, I am sure for a lot longer than 30 minutes per day
EXCUSE #2 - Eating healthy is expensive
Who the hell told you that???
Do you know how much it costs to be unhealthy?
How much weight gain costs?
Oh I’ll tell you
2 bottles of alcohol per week - $20 on the low end, $50 if you drinking premium = $20-$50/wk
1 Gas station snack trip per day - $7 on the low end, $15 if you getting snacks for the whole family = $35-$105/wk
1 fast food trip per day - $5 on the low end, $20 if you buying for the house = $35-$140/wk
Energy drinks/caffeine - $5 per day = $35/wk
Drinking/Eating out twice per week = $50-$200/wk
THIS TOTALS ANYWHERE FROM $700 - $2100 PER MONTH ON THINGS THAT ARE KILLING NOT ONLY YOUR BODY BUT YOUR CONFIDENCE
Yea health issues suck but there is nothing worse than living a life with no confidence
When your kids start joking about your gut
When your wife/partner stops being attracted to you
What do you think will happen if you don't fix the problem(s)???
Long story short is YOU HAVE A CHOICE
A choice to take action right now and get real help from a real coach that not only fucking gets it, but that has transformed 400+ black men in your exact same shoes
Just read some of my testimonials below and then make your choice to either apply or...don’t
